Prices include all available updates during first year from the date of purchase of the software.
Updates (between one to two years from date of purchase): 30% of the current price of the program.
Updates (after more than two years from date of purchase): 60% of the current price of the program.
Upgrades (within the same program) to another operating system (i.e. Windows CE to Mobile): 75% of the current program price.
Above prices do not include shipping costs of CD disk, electronic delivery (download) is free.
Manuals for TrackMaker, RTmap and Multi programs are supplied on a CD in pdf format.
One license covers use of the software on one field computer (data acquisition program) and on two PC computers for data processing (field and office).
Windows CE and Windows Mobile based software (for Archer, Allegro CX/MX and other Windows Mobile based computers) is supplied with a Software Key based on the device serial number. Windows XP/2000/7 data acquisition software is supplied with USB dongle (does not affect computer during actual data recording).
Each TrackMaker, RTmap or Multi software package includes data acquisition and data processing programs, two manuals in pdf format (one for field data acquisition and one for the data processing program), and free updates for a period of one year.
Technical support from Geomar is free during the first year after the purchase of the software or its update, and as prompt as possible. We always try our best, however due to technological changes or required additional hardware support we may not be able to help clients using program versions older than one year.
